Easy Vegan Sushi

Easy vegan sushi recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sushi Rice
  • 2 tablespoons Sushi Vinegar
  • 4 Nori Sheets
  • Avocado
  • Beetroot
  • Water

Instructions

      1. In a pan add 1 cup of sushi rice and
        1 cup of water.
      2. Cook the rice per packet instructions.
      3. Place the rice in a bowl, add sushi vinegar, and mix.
      4. Place a portion of the rice into a nori sheet and spread over the rice (it's easier with wet hands).
      5. Add 2 slices of avocado and beetroot.
      6. Roll up the sushi nice and tight.
      7. Repeat sushi rolling with remaining rice.
      8. Cut into pieces.
      9. Serve and enjoy!
